IRS Trying To Give $123.5 Million Back To Taxpayers

The IRS is trying to get the word out that they have had over 100,000 refund checks returned to them because of mailing address errors. The 107,831 checks combine to a total $123.5 million of unclaimed money. It seems pretty amazing that this many people haven't noticed or cared that they haven't yet received their refund considering the average amount of the checks is around $1150.
