New Jersey Payroll Company Scam

In a far reaching scam, Ameripay of New Jersey, a payroll services company, used payroll taxes collected from customers to pay business expenses. Affected by the scam, and facing millions of potentially lost dollars, are "at least 14 school districts, seven houses of worship, five schools, one county and a mix of more than 300 other private and public entities."
